A man who trespassed onto Kylie Jenner’s property, demanding to see her, has been sentenced to a year in prison.
Brandon Sevilla Martinez pled no contest to one misdemeanor count of trespass, and to one felony count of bringing contraband into jail, after he was found with a glass pipe, according to TMZ.
Martinez will serve his time in LA County Jail.
Previously, the site reported that the makeup mogul filed a restraining order against him, after he was said to have visited her home on 29 October, walking up to her driveway and aggressively knocking at the door
Documents obtained by the site, which were filed by Kylie’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, also stated that Martinez claimed he was there to see her, before a security guard escorted him off the property. He was subsequently arrested.
