Kieran Tierney has sent a message to Arsenal fans after he was ruled out until the New Year with a dislocated shoulder.
Left back Tierney damaged his right shoulder after landing awkwardly during the Gunners’ Premier League victory over West Ham on Monday night.
It is the latest injury Tierney has had since joining Arsenal in the summer from Celtic – having missed the opening month of the season with a hernia problem.
Now, Tierney is expected to be out of action for around three months, starting with Thursday night’s Europa League clash with Standard Liege.
The Scotland international posted a picture of him walking off at the London Stadium with his arm in a sling, along with the message: “Thank you so much for continued support through everything. Very grateful for it. I don’t take it for granted. God bless x”
