The Great British Bake Off might pack an array of fancy showstoppers, but our international cousins seem to be operating on an entirely different level.

In the Belgian version of the baking show, titled Bake Off Vlaanderen (Bake Off Flanders), an episode from the latest third series which aired last month saw a contestant construct a cake suspended on a pole in what resembles a hanging chandelier.
