Former TV presenter Anneka Rice, 60, treated her Strictly Come Dancing 2019 partner Kevin Clifton, 36, to a surprise helicopter ride this week.
The pair, who have been partnered together in this year’s ballroom dancing competition, have been working hard in the dance studio in preparation for the first live show.
For the past two weeks they have been practising their energetic routine in order to wow the judges when they take to the dance floor.
Earlier this week, the Challenge Anneka star took a break from training to give professional dancer Kevin an insight into her days presenting Treasure Hunt.
Mother-of-three Anneka was a familiar face on TV screens in the early 1980s and 1990s and joined the cast of the popular Chanel 4 show in 1982 following a stint on children’s television.
The UK game show saw the presenter don a blue jumpsuit and take to the sky in a helicopter as a “sky runner”.
It was her job to find clues for the contestants in the studio in order for them to solve a problem and win the game.
